The Biggest Losers during the Democratic Convention are the American People

Why are the American people being denied their cherished beliefs in the democratic process in Denver?
The TV talking heads are discussing whose feeling were challenged and whose was stroked during the current Democratic Convention, especially whether is was Senator Barak Obama (with the Daley and Kennedy family) or the Clinton family. The main point seems to have been lost on everyone which is the existence of a set of rules and laws in this democracy that needs to be reinforced by the political party. These rules and laws are intended to make the process democratic.  This is the very belief and goal of the Democratic Party since the 1968 convention in Chicago.  If the political parties do not do it, then the whole political system will suffer from a lack of legitimacy in the eyes of the American public.
Through the 2008 primary season, the players followed the rules established by the American Constitution, states’ constitutions and election laws, and finally the Democratic Party’s (and the Republican Party's) own rules and regulations governing the primary selection of a nominee for president of the United States. The players included not only the candidates but also the Democratic primary voters and the American people who will be voting in the general election in November.
At the end of the Democratic Party’s primary season there was NO winner. Both remaining candidates did not legally receive enough delegate votes to be crowned the nominee. (This actually did happen in the Republican Primary – legitimately). Senator Barak Obama and Senator Hillary Clinton were in a tie, a dead-heat.  Ok, there is no problem so far, this is what the convention was democratically created to solve and resolve.
But then the Chicago mafia with the help of the Kennedy clan strong armed, fascistically, Senator Clinton to not abide by the rules and concede and drop-out.  Concede what?  She was in a dead heat with Obama.  Why him?  Who got the most votes is irrelevant. Where is that in the rules?   By the way so is who won the biggest states or the most states irrelevant. The only item that democratically mattered was the elected delegates. In that category, it was a tie, a dead-heat, and there was no clear winner. It had to go to the convention to be legitimitly determined.
Instead what won the day was threats, buy-outs, and family loyalty – true undemocratic tribalism.
Once the rules were “suspended” and manipulated by allowing the Michigan and Florida delegation to participate, the actual legal winner would have been Hillary Clinton. But the Obama thugs through sheer power of money would not allow that.
The main reason that Obama and his handlers could not let the democratic decision go the Democratic delegates is that they knew he would loose.  Look at where the national polls are today months after Clinton ran out of money and half way through the anointing coronation of Obama.  In a truly democratic process, in a democratic political party, Hillary Clinton would be the nominee.
This is what the Chicago and the Kennedy mafia set out to stop and now they have.
Even during the roll-call votes of the states, it was becoming embarrassing when through every effort and threat directed at the Clinton delegates to go with the anointed one; Hillary Clinton was still getting over 25% of the votes. This included many delegations that broke or intended to break their states’ binding vote laws and the by-laws of the Democratic Party by changing from Clinton to Obama.
The democratic process was stolen from the American people by Barak Obama’s fascist handlers.  They won and have taken over the Democratic Party (at least until November).  Look at the spectacle tonight (Thursday) and tell me it does not remind you of the 1930s.
The American public should demand a respect for democracy and the rule of law by the Democratic Party.  These Chicago political rules must stop, even if only at the Chicago City limits.
